  4. The link I posted above is a quote by Will Rogers who was an actor of several different types. He stated, "Even if your on the right train track, you will still get run over if you just sit there". In other words, you might be heading towards a bright goal or situation in life, but that doesn't mean to start getting lazy and stop what you've been striving for. In fact, it's that turning point where you should work that extra mile to achieve what you've been waiting for. Sitting there and thinking your "almost there" doesn't cut it.I believe that his strong words can motivate and inspire humans in this word, especially the young ones like us today. We often set new year resolutions, but fail to actually succeed and make it happen. We all need to learn to be more determind and fight through the pain when we want something as bad as we need to breath. Now, we're all teenagers that has been through tough roads along the way and I'll admit it, it can be difficult. Sometimes when we're stress ," I CAN'T" can cross your mind, but we need to think positive vibes only and keep pushing. Think about it, you don't want to stop when you've already come so far and close towards your goal. Just remind yourself, " I can't quit here". Ignore all the negative thought over flowing your brain and focus on all the sunshine and rainbows. Let that's feeling of pure accomplishment keep you fully drawn into what you need to do. Admit it, it's one of the best feelings in the world when you do what you once thought was something impossible.
I decided to share this amazing quote with you because life as a twelve years old can be difficult in some cases. We all have outside of school extra-curriculum activities that can sometimes effect our grades. It's not that your not capable of doing it, but it's the mental statement that keeps bothering you. Usually when your tired, you lack in thinking and performing your best. But if we really want to be a student athlete, we still need to manage both tasks. I've been in all your shoes before, and staying up till 11pm doing homework is not fun, but people in life kept me moving forward. Today, use Will Rogers quote to motivate you to do what you can. Take a breather, and out your best foot everytime, no matter in school or other activities. His quote can clearly change your life.

    1. I totally agree with Will Rogers because even if you're a good kid who loves to learn, you can still fail if you don't do your homework. That's my way of seeing it. This quote speaks to me because I'm one of the kids who according to my parents and teachers am on the right track expect I don't work my hardest. In the world of social media, one has anxiety and nerves of having a social life and more follewers than the next person, which is why I'd made checking Instagram before homework my priority. Until one day, my life turned into a big mess wen I got the lowest grade in math,89%. That day, I decided to wok my hardest and show full potential if I ever want to make something of me. But sometime sI forget this promise to myself which is why I'll print it out and tape it in my room as a reminder to always move forward toward better.

  5. The link I posted above is a video of one of the auditions on America's Got Talent. Calysta Bevier, a teen cancer survivor, sang "Fight Song" in front of the judges. I chose this video because she inspires me a lot. She taught me that even through hard times, things will always turn out right.

I really liked this video because it shows us that we can be anything we want to be no matter what happened to us in the past. And truth be told, there was a lump in my throat when I watched this. Calysta is a cancer survivor and that is really rare. She has taught me that everything will turn out alright, one way or another. The song she sang matched her. The song was all about fighting for what you believe in even though everyone thinks you can't do it. This video also shows me that life is precious and that you should be thankful for everything you have, which also matches the main holiday of this month, Thanksgiving. In addition, I think that we should be thankful that we aren't stricken with a severe disease like how she was.

    1. Live your Dreams!!

The video stated the TRUTH OF LIFE.The video made me re-think my life so far and think of my dreams. It inspired and motivate me to do everything to fulfill my dream.

As a 12 year old, we don't think about our future that much, we don't think what we WANT to do. The only thought that goes around our head is to receive A’s in class. We don't necessarily have a certain goal or a definite dream!

The video was giving us a message, a very important one, “EVERYBODY DIES, BUT NOT EVERYBODY LIVES”. In other words,it saying all of us are going to die, that is common but not all of us DO live - lifetime is short and it has a purpose. Your purpose, I’m sure sometime in your lifetime you must have asked yourself - What is the purpose of my life? And the answer would have been to LIVE your LIFE. To make choices, take risks, do things you never have done. You have live only ONCE - live it to the fullest!

All of us have limitation, boundaries, and worries but it's up to us to cross those boundaries and do something. Limit is average. Going beyond limits and boundaries is extraordinary. All of us came on earth with a gift , a talent and a purpose. Its up to us to find and share it. It's up to us to be extraordinary. Our choices, decisions and ourselves can make it happen! You rather regret something that you did- not something you DIDN’T do.

The phrase, “Never Truly lived”, this phrase was said in the video - it is the most important thing that was said. It explains all the experiences, the people, the lives that weren’t actually lived - people you worked all day and night but at the end of the day they said, “I wish I had done that!”. The were all AT the limit.

You want adventure, craziness, difference, and the title of being talented. That is called LIVING YOUR LIFE. Sitting home, not going outside, not socializing, not fulfilling your dream, having an average life is all called having a BORING LIFE.

Being extraordinary is very simple - being different by a gift, talent or purpose which we all have. Now, the only thing left to do is finding it and expanding on it!

This video is a realization to all! Find your gift, talent, dream or purpose and fulfill it in all ways! This video has left an impact on my life. I hope it does on yours to!

    2. I really liked this video. I think the gist of this video is living your life since “life is short,” as everyone says it to be. To me, life is a journey and it starts from your birth and your journey will be over when the day you will take your last breath. Make it worth by living for yourself and still you have time dedicate it to your near & dear ones. For most of the time our priorities changes from expecting a cricket bat or a bicycle on your birthday, getting good grades in your boards, getting admission in a recognized college or university followed by getting a good and satisfactory job with a handsome salary.
But for me what matters most at the end of the day you are happy and satisfied. Often, people forget that your time on this planet doesn’t just have to be school, work, and home. It is just like a mountainous road full of up's and down's .After every sunset, there is a beautiful sunrise, to say. In the same way, I think you should live your life the way you want it to be. For example, say you love travel. It’s your dream to visit the exotic wonders of the world, like Prague and the Caribbean’s, one day, you say, one day. But live life like there is no tomorrow. In my point of view, life is all about finding happiness in the tiniest moments of a mundane day.
Life is a gift. The day you accept that gift and realize that there never maybe a tomorrow, you live life. People are not defined by their past, when they’re given the chance to change in the future. Like Aayushi said, the most important phrase in this video is "Never Truly Lived." When you are given your entire life to choose the path you lead for yourself, at the end of the day, people still say," I wish I had the time to do that!" Seize your opportunities.

I liked this video. It was inspirational, and I agree with Reema and Aayushi,  life IS short, we never know what might happen. We should live our lives! I wish I would truly understand this, but in my daily life, I don't really realize that life is short! I would always be mourning about something. It would be small things but I would make a big issue. Now that my blog is late, and my sister was telling me to do it in my free time and I told her I have tomorrow don’t worry! Guess what, you never know what tomorrow brings. It’s true, everyone dies, but not everyone lives. When I ask myself, Have I truly lived my life so far? Well, nothing special pops up to head except my family, so I guess I haven’t understood the purpose of my life, until now though. This video probably got to me, I’m sure I am not going to remember everything it mentioned by I’m going to try my best and live life to the fullest! It comes only once!

As soon as I saw this video, I knew that this was the one that I wanted. I chose this specific video out of all the other ones I saw because I really liked the message that it was trying to get across. As I was searching for videos, I first started out with funny ones to have some humor, and then I switched to ones that give you some life lessons and messages. The message that I got is that an act of kindness is always good, as it can come back to you. In this video, it shows how you should always be kind to others because in the future, you never know what could happen, and you may be the one in need of help.
This video was about a girl who went shopping with her older brother and grandmother to buy essential items that cost the least amount as they could. The girl seemed sad that they had to choose everything that was as cheap as possible, so her grandmother told her to choose something special for grandpa’s birthday. The girl goes over and stands in front of a cake, and a man gets the cake because it is too high for her to reach. Then, at the cash counter, when the groceries and the cake gets ringed up, the peach fruit cake rings up to be $28.90, and the total amount of money is $47.90. The grandmother and the older brother look at their money and it’s not enough, so the grandmother takes the cake out, but the girl is really sad and asks for the cake and nothing else, but the grandmother sadly has to say no and say that they will get it next time. In a bad mood, the girl, and her family leave, and in the meantime, a kind man (the same person who got the cake that was too high for the girl to reach) pays for the cake, and gives it to the girl. But, the grandmother doesn't want the cake and asks why they should take the cake. Then the man goes into a story of how when he was a boy, they didn't have enough money for a nice cake on his birthday, but a nice man pays for it. Still, the grandmother asks for his address and name so that they can repay him back when they have the money. The man writes something on the paper and says that his name is the man in the queue, and then gives the paper to the girl. When the family gets home, the girl shows her grandfather the cake and says that it is for him. The grandfather tells the grandmother that they shouldn't have spent the money, and the grandmother says that a kind man pays for it and the little girl shows her grandfather the note. The note stated, “A simple act of caring creates an endless ripple that comes back to you.” Then, the family sings happy birthday and all that.
So, the video showed how you may become the other person, as the actual “man in the queue” is now the poor man who the kind act happened to him by the little boy who he helped some time ago. Thus, we should always be kind to others.

      Extraordinary pick Jahnavi!
The video showed the circle of life and how one kind deed can bring happiness to a whole family.
“A simple act of caring creates an endless ripple that comes back to you.” This one phrase is a life lesson. Help someone without an personal benefit - One day, when you need help, they will help you. Do something kind that can bring happiness to someone, even if it is a stranger. As the saying goes, “If you do good, you will get good.”
In the video, there was this man, when he was small someone had helped him which he hadn’t ever forgotten. He wanted to help someone the same way, he wanted to make someone happy. When he saw the little girl, he saw himself, in the same position. He helped her. Now look at the circle of life, he unknowingly had helped the same man that helped him. “... an endless ripple that comes back to you.”
The man in queue didn’t want them to repay him, he wanted them to help others. “A simple act of caring creates an endless ripple.”
The video conveys a message -  Be kind to others without any expectation of repay.

    2. Jahnavi, I think the video you picked was very inspirational and taught a good lesson. It shows that an act of kindness will come back to you. They said “A simple act of caring creates an endless ripple that comes back to you.” If you are a good person and help others it will help you later. There was a little girl who wanted to buy a cake for her grandfather’s birthday, so she goes to get one, but she can’t reach it, so a stranger helps her. When they get to the cash register, her grandmother realizes she can’t afford it, so she must leave it there. Then that stranger comes and buys the cake and gives it to the girl. He did this because he had the same problem when he was younger. The person who helped him was the grandfather. Doing the right thing doesn’t only help that one person. It helps you.

    3. Jahnavi, I think that the video that you picked out is amazing. It taught a wonderful lesson: a simple act of kindness can affect many other people. I loved this video because the man bought the cake for the little girl not only because he was kind but because he had experienced the same thing she had when he was just a little boy. He was willing to buy the little girl the cake she wanted because a man did the same thing for him. He wanted to pass that kindness on and continue that ripple in the water. Not only was this commercial inspiring, it was also cute, too. I think that this commercial deserves an award because the lesson it taught is something that every person needs to remember. Kindness affects people through ripples. You have to be the person to drop the stone into the water.

Amazing choice Jahnavi! I loved the video and the overall theme of it, how one act of kindness no matter how big or small will come back to you. This act of kindness will create an endless ripple of even more kindness, that will one way or another, come back to you. I liked how the grandpa helped the boy buy the cake on his birthday, he calls himself the man in the queue, and leaves giving a very important note “A simple act of caring creates an endless ripple that comes back to you.” Then, many years in the future, the little boy grows up to be a man. The man notices the granddaughter (but to him, a random girl he has never met), who wants a peach cake for her grandfather’s birthday (the man in the queue) that costs to much. The man buys it for the girl and gives it to her along with a note: “A simple act of caring creates an endless ripple that comes back to you.” When the granddaughter brings home the cake, the grandfather notices that the family somehow managed to buy a cake for him - at that moment the granddaughter hands him a note: “A simple act of caring creates an endless ripple that comes back to you.” I was speechless - and the grandfather was, too. In the end, any act of kindness no matter how big or small will ultimately help you.

Jahnavi, this video that you chose is simply amazing. I literally started crying in happiness.
"A simple act of kindness creates an endless ripple that comes back to you."
That quote is a life lesson that I personally believe should be known everywhere. This should be the foundation of society, not money or wealth or anything like that. This also relates to the quote, "What comes around, goes around." If you are nice to someone, then people will be nice to you. Basically, the old man had given a young boy a cake, even though he was a complete stranger. And in the end, the man received a cake that the very same boy gave to a little kid who was going to give it to him. As you can probably see, this may be confusing but makes sense. I think that the moral of this video is to always be kind because you never really know when it is going to come back to you. And when it does, it will be worth it. So, all in all, I loved this video because it has the morals that everyone tries to teach us, except they actually do it.

    7. Jahnavi, the video you picked was really amazing. It showed how much a simple act of kindness can mean and how it comes back to you. The old man bought a cake for the young boy simply because it was his birthday and he couldn't afford it, and also gave him a note that read, "A simple act of kindness creates an endless ripple that comes back to you". Many years later, the young boy, now grown up, sees a little girl who also wants a cake but can't afford it. Remembering what a stranger had done for him when he was seven, he purchased the cake for her and also passed along the note he had received. When the old man read the note he had written long ago, he saw how his ripple had come back to him. This commercial really showed the importance of kindness and how it eventually comes back to you.

Jahnavi, I think that the video you selected was very motivational and heart wrenching. This man, when seeing a little girl struggle to pay for her grandfather's birthday cake, is reminded of when he was a young boy and a kind man paid for his cake. This caused him to pay for the little girl, he sees his past self in her. A ripple effect. If you are kind to someone else, they will be kind to others. In this way, you can keep spreading kindness until the ripples overlap, and the whole world is full of generosity and understanding. This video manages to express not only the circle of life and its events, but also how one simple act of kindness can change a whole line of events- an endless ripple.

    9. The video you chose, Jahnavi, is very inspirational. A young man helped a girl who could not afford to buy a cake for her grandfather. This man remembered a time when he couldn't buy a cake that he wanted on his 7th birthday. An old man purchased the cake for him and gave him a note that said "A simple act of kindness brings a ripple back to you." The same way, the young man purchased the cake for the little girl giving her a note that said the same thing. Being kind has an impact is what this video is spreading.

    10. Omg, Jahnavi, I watched this before and cried the entire night. The commercial sends out a strong message about humanity. This world has gone backwards because of moving over over differences, we've created more conflicts and are treating minorities like animals. One of the examples include the middle-East where humans are killing each other, for water. We as humans should help each other because you never know, you could be in the same position. Some mock this idea, for example, Trump, to him he'll stay rich for forever. Well guess what, this world have seen kings turning into beggars and beggars into kings. Also, when you help others, you feel relaxed and calm. Your soul is proud of you. Plus, if god gave you enough to help others, you should do it as a job not as a charity, because god could have given those people more than you, but the only reason he didn't is to test humans.

Wow! Jahnavi that was a touching Video!
“A single act of caring creates an endless ripple that comes back to you.”  It was so touching, I was actually crying, and honestly I don’t cry a lot, at least that’s  what I like to think.
This video shows a loop, an amazing one, it was awesome that one kind deed can lead to others and many more…”an endless ripple that comes back to you.” It was kind of that man to buy her a cake, he had experienced what the girl was going through, and I think I might never really understand what it felt like to the girl. But also somewhere in the video you might get the message to- “Be kind to others without any expectation of repay.”  I think when the man helped the girl, he probably found himself, helpless in the same position.  He KNEW he HAD to help the girl! The man in the queue, didn’t them to repay, but he wanted them to promise him that they would someday spread kindness too.

The quote I just shared is, "There is nothing more prized than true friendship," by Thomas Aquinas. I shared this quote because I think that there is nothing more valuable than friendship. Well, except your family. Friendship has a lot of different meanings because it is an abstract thing. It is basically a special feeling that you have. I think that having a true friendship means that the person you are friends with will always stay with you. No matter how weird or crazy or insane you may be. They are the type of friends who will stay with you through the worst of times, and the best of times. The type of friends who don't leave you because they found someone better. We are usually so into our phones, and texting other people, that we don't thank them for being our friends. So maybe we should stop and think for a minute about what true friendship is, and thank the people who meet that.

The video that I found to be interesting is the one above. This video shows how a group of penguins stranded in the middle of nowhere are willing to do anything to survive through the precarious situation. It also shows the teamwork required by the group of penguins when faced with survival. The penguins have to use their sharp mind and cleverness to survive in the icy waters of Antarctica. Teamwork is a very useful tool in life for overcoming any challenge, just as the penguins did when the killer whale came and attempted to eat the penguins. Using their intelligence they all moved to one side of the iceberg, and through their teamwork they were able to succeed in their task to make the killer whale receive a piece of its own medicine as the killer whale’s plan backfired.

I also believe that this video can be interpreted in another way which is also currently a worldwide pressing matter to the well-being of all human beings. The penguins in the video symbolize all living creatures who reside on this Earth, and the killer whale represents global warming itself. Global warming is threatening to harm civilization as we know it. Both of the poles (The North Pole and The South Pole), are melting, and if/when they both melt, they will be so much flooding in our countries, that the human race will become but a distant memory. This video shows how a group of penguins, who normally live on ice, are forced to now live on a small piece of an iceberg, stranded in the middle of an ocean, with absolutely no where to go as a terrible result of global warming. This video demonstrates how we human beings across the world, should work together as a team like the penguins, to overcome the problem of global warming in order to achieve success and to avoid what could possibly become the destruction of mankind.

I thought that this video was very inspiring. It gives a big lesson about teamwork. I feel like if penguins used teamwork in the middle of nowhere, then we can do anything! I also agree about teamwork being a useful tool in life. Because of global warming, a bunch of penguins had had to live on a tiny iceberg for who knows how long! This video shows that we should put aside our differences and stick together, for it is a very important survival skill.

The video above is about the relationship of best friends, and the way you feel about that one person or group of people throughout a lifetime. I picked this video because I think friendship is one of the most important things someone could have. It’s a special bond you have with people, and if it’s real it won’t be broken easily. As said in the video, there are always bumps along the road, but it will always get fixed because true friendship sticks together. Throughout life, your best friends will be the ones who are there, no matter what. They are also the people you can always talk to (not counting your family), and it doesn’t matter the topic. It’s also mentioned in the video that it doesn’t matter whether you talk to your best friend often or barely ever, they are still your best friend(s) through it all. Sticking with the true ones will make a big difference. They will cheer you up during the sad times and laugh hysterically with you during the happy times. That is why they are the best.

    1. Hayley, I really liked the video you picked about friendship. It described friendships really well. I liked how it mentioned that best friends can sometimes feel like family because it's true. Some friendships are so strong that it can feel like they are your own brother or sister. It's nice to know that whenever you need someone, you can turn to your best friend to make you feel better. They're always there to help you through the rough times in your life and they understand your emotions. Your best friend is someone you can always trust throughout your life, no matter how old you are. I also liked how they mentioned that it doesn't matter how much you talk to or spend time with your best friend, the bond between you is always strong, even through the changes in your life. Even if you have both chosen to take different paths in life.

    Leadership
    By: Krish Desai
The video I chose was about a very interesting and intriguing topic -  leadership. The video was all about leadership and many examples of leadership. My favorite one was when a fallen tree was blocking a noisy, overcrowded street in India. Everyone was muttering about how much they hated this, how late they were going to be, how bad the weather was and all of that. No one was actually getting out of their dry car to try moving the tree or doing anything about it. No organization could get through the street because it was too overcrowded. Then, suddenly, a little school boy gets out of the school bus and walks up the street, he drops his backpack and starts to push. Of course he couldn’t move it, it was too heavy! He keeps trying and trying, but he keeps getting wetter and wetter. Other people realized that they were just muttering about the situation and overall doing nothing about it. They realized if a little kid wasn’t worried about himself, but for the community, they started getting out of their cars to help push the tree. At first it was only little kids, but soon adults, school bus drivers, bystanders, shopkeepers, and more started to push the tree. When enough people realized that watching was wrong and helping the community was right, they picked up the tree and moved it! The kid was a natural leader, starting to push the tree without anyone’s help, he showed others what to do and others followed - that is a true leader. The video then showed other examples, like Nelson Mandela, people didn’t think he could lead and wouldn’t be a good president or leader, he went through these hardships like Abraham Lincoln and many other important figures in history. The video tells us anyone can be a leader no matter how big or small. Sure, they’ll face hardships, but that’s what makes them stronger!

I liked this video a lot, because of its message and reality. It was a very strong and inspiring video. It taught me that there is a leader in everyone. All leaders have setbacks or obstacles, but leaders must think of them as opportunities. It wasn’t easy for George Washington to win the Revolutionary war against Britain. It wasn’t easy for Martin Luther King Jr. to make sure there was equality in America. It wasn’t easy for Albert Einstein to make theories of the universe and make the well-known equation E=mc2. This video shows us that no matter how hard the challenges are leaders are there to solve the problem and step up. You don’t need wealth to be a leader, you don’t need to be old to be a leader, to be a leader, you must have the traits and qualities of a leader, you must own the problem, you must take ownership. You must also inspire and engage others. You have to be a role model. You have to set an example for others to follow. Everyone is a natural leader, you just have to let that potential shine! You must oversee everything, don’t be narrow-minded. You must educate and motivate. You have to be the future. You must be able to communicate and advise or recommend as well. You must self start and let others follow, like the kid who pushes the tree. You must stay focused and committed to a goal. Most importantly, never give up. If you keep trying you have a small chance of getting back up, if you don’t try at all, you don’t stand a chance of getting back up. Everyone is a leader, and you just have to let the power of leadership shine.

Wow… nice video. I really liked this video because it showed that you can be a leader, no matter how big or small you are. In this video, the little boy didn’t like how everyone was stuck and there was a traffic jam because of a fallen tree, so he got off his school bus and tried to push the fallen tree while everyone else did nothing, and just complained to each other.
I have to admit, it’s really sad that a little kid that’s maybe 6 or 7 years old has to show you the right thing to do when you are an adult and maybe have the strength if you grab a couple of more people. The good thing though is that many other kids joined him, and it’s a fact that kids are much better believers, and do anything they want. After a good amount of kids joined in, an adult joined in, and then, many adults joined in after realizing that something can be done other than complaining. Finally, the tree was movable, and was moved out of the way.
Also, the words after the tree incident were really inspiring. For example, one is that “The ones with money only succeed. Fact: Less than 1% entrepreneurs come from rich families”. So, all of us don’t have to be billionaires like some specific people *ahem* to be a leader and make a difference. The video also showed an article in which they called Einstein too dumb to do anything, and then he apparently was a great person that many people look up to him. This shows that no matter what people call you, if you believe in yourself, you can achieve great things.
This really motivates your self-esteem into thinking that you can do anything that you want to do and believe in. If a little kid can make a difference for a lot of people, I think that we can also make a difference, and be leaders.

    2. I enjoyed watching this video on leadership and what leadership means. As I first started watching the video, I was confused as to how the video had anything to do with leadership. But when I saw the little kid come out into the rain to try and help the rest of the community and make many others come out as well for the same reason, I understood. That little kid is an amazing leader. A leader doesn’t have to be someone with badges or a high rank in the army. A leader is someone who brings about change and makes other people follow him/her. A leader is someone who can inspire people to do amazing things. That little boy was a leader, because he was able to bring the entire community together in order to lift a tree off the road.

    3. This video was very interesting to watch, and it sends a powerful message about leadership. It was amazing how everyone else just kept complaining about the fallen tree, but the little boy decided to actually do something about it. When he started pushing the tree out of the way, other kids joined in. Soon enough, adults also helped push the tree away, and the road was cleared with everyone's help. However, if it weren't for the little boy taking the initiative to remove the tree, it would have taken much longer for the road and traffic jam to be cleared. This video really shows how a good leader can inspire others to help and eventually fix a problem, and that's why I enjoyed watching it.

    1. The links above is a link of a quote from Mark Twain. I chose this quote because this showed how much being nice means to him. This also teaches me that being nice is the biggest thing there is. If you aren’t nice to someone they can get really offended. Mark Twain uses such strong words to describe the true meaning of being nice. He said that the blind can see kindness. He also said that deaf can gear kindness. He picks out the right words to teach the public what kindness truly means. He knows how important being nice is. He knows that if people aren’t going to be nice to each other, then the next generation isn’t going to get anywhere.

    1. Today I will like to share a quote from a really famous person. The person is Bruce Lee a martial artist and a actor. The quote says “Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them”. This means a lot to me. Well first you need to understand the meaning of the quote. Basically what the quote is saying is that mistakes are always forgivable. The second part says that only ones who have the courage can admit their mistakes. There is a reason why I like this quote. It expresses what a lot of people don't do. They don’t have the courage to tell their mistakes. What people don't understand is that it is okay to admit your mistakes. The best of thing is that people will not get in trouble which every kid worries about. If anything it will help you grow to be better and learn and hopefully you would not make the mistake again. To me I see a mistake as a learning experience where if you fail once you will be ready the next time. This quote anyone can relate to. This is what I wanted to share and why I think that this quote is so special.

    3. I really liked this quote, Anuj. When you admit a mistake, you are taking responsibility for your actions, and that’s what life’s all about. It also gives you the aspect of how big the role of courage plays in your life. Courage means many things. We can think of words like bravery, perseverance, strength, grit, and fortitude. But there is another type of courage that several people mistake for showing off your weakness: the courage to admit failure or defeat, the courage to acknowledge a wrong-doing, and even, the courage to accept circumstances beyond one’s control. Admitting you were wrong doesn’t make you weak in any perspective.

When you have to make the decision of admitting the mistake or not, serious thinking goes on in the head of a typical human. We all know the uncomfortable feeling of suddenly realizing that mistakes have been made, and the fault was our own. That feeling is almost always followed by the realization that there's a choice to make. You can admit the mistake, and take whatever consequences might be forthcoming, or you can try to hide your culpability and hope that no one notices. It usually feels a lot easier to hide the truth. There's something about being human that makes us hesitate to admit fault, even when it's obvious to us and to everyone else that we messed up.

Lastly, I want to say that you always have the opportunity to change. Every mistake is a chance for you have a new learning experience and change according to your error. This quote applies to not just you and me, but to every other person you can think of.

    4. Remarkable quote that you have found, Anuj. In my perspective, I believe Bruce Lee is right about this! “Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them.” In our modern day world, all humans make mistakes and errors, almost as if on a daily routine. Though a lot of them may be critical failures, the quote explains that everything done incorrectly in the world is forgivable, but only if he or she is able to confess to their mistakes. Even Bruce Lee had made several mistakes in his lifetime, before achieving worldwide success as an actor, marshal artist, and even a filmmaker!
For example, imagine if a student at school took a test, but failed entirely. He did not study at all. Meanwhile, however, his friend had vigorously studied the week before, and had passed exceptionally. Now, if the failed student were to be forgiven, it would be ethical for him to admit that he failed, with no excuses. Humans are not robots. If you tell a robot that it were wrong about something, it would simply go against that claim. Instead, we are seemingly more “advanced,” by being capable of admitting our failures. Honesty and humbleness are two factors of accepting yourself to the world in a fair manner.

    5. I really love this quote Anuj. This quote teaches me that it doesn't matter if you make mistakes, as long as you admit that you made a certain mistake. We are all humans and all of us make mistakes, but the only thing that is different is that some people actually admit their mistakes, and then there are a few people who try to hide their mistakes. I love how he stated the second part "...if one has the courage to admit them." He says that mistakes you make can be forgiven, but only if you have to courage to admit the. If Bruce Lee didn't include the second part in his quote, everyone would thinks they would be forgiven for every mistake they make, without even having to admit them.

    “The Unsung Hero”

This YouTube video was amazing! Although it was a bit emotional, it was an inspirational video that had a lot of meaning. What happens is, there is an Asian man who looks pretty much average. He talks and walks like any normal person. But the one thing that makes him extraordinary is his kindness. He helps out anything/anyone he sees without any regrets. He doesn’t care about who or what it is, but he aids them anyway he can. Everyday, he would do most of the same things over and over again. He’d make sure that a plant was getting watered everyday. Then, he would make sure a woman’s food cart would cross over a sidewalk ledge. Afterwards, he would give a dog his food to make sure he wasn’t hungry. Later on, he would donate a little bit of his money bit by bit to a woman and her daughter. He would also give a bunch of bananas to an elderly woman. While doing all of this, he saw a few people nodding their heads from left to right not agreeing with his methods of kindness. They didn’t understand that in the end, this was a very big thing. The man just kept on doing this and doing this. The thing is, he wasn’t getting richer. Nor was he appearing on TV. He was still pretty much anonymous. And he certainly wasn’t becoming even a bit more famous. But then, what was he earning? What he does receive, though, are emotions. He gets to feel the happiness and joy with other people. In the end, the little girl that he was donating money goes to school for the first time and the dog gets attached to the man and becomes his pet. And, you see, the value of emotions are WAY more expensive than money!
The reason I picked this video was to show people that small acts of kindness can lead to a lot of happiness. In the world that we live in, there is always something bad happening and to see a video of such sort brings a type of good feeling inside of this that will make us help people whenever possible. When is the last time that you saw someone help someone cross the road or give up their seat on a train in the news? That barely ever happens. To watch such a video not only brings a grin to our face, but also encourages people to be like this man. The next time you see someone in need of help, you just go up to them and straight forward assist them.

    1. That was a really moving video. The fact that someone is doing so much for others but isn't doing it for fame is really cool. He knows he won't receive anything from doing these deeds, but he does them anyways for those in need. Most do things like him because they want to do it for the fame. They want to be recognized by others. "Look, he's the dude who did really cool stuff to help out the family in poverty" and the guy who wanted the recognition, would be like "Thank you...now where's my badge of honor?"
But the man in the video wasn't like that. He just did it because...why not. He's helping the world and helping others. This is the type of people the world needs. Not those people who donate millions to charities and end up finding their faces on the internet. So yeah, just saying Aidtya that was a really cool video.

    2. That video really touched me deep in the heart. It's funny how just watching something so loving can put a smile on thousands of people's face. This video proves to the world that life isn't all about money. We don't need the latest most popular shoes. We don't need all the video games that your friend has. Nor do we need a mansion in the middle of a forest. But something that all human beings are egar to find is endless happiness. It's amazing how a normal guy can slowly change the world into a enjoyable place for everyone. He's that type of person who puts others before himself. In other words, he shows that he truly cares about other people. This video taught me that don't always expect a good possesion back from others have nice you've done a good deed. Instead, just know that you're being the bigger person, doing what you know is right. Also, when all those strangers continusly starred at him, wondering why is he wasting money for other people . That guy turned around and showed them why without any violence, proving them wrong. Afterall, act of kindness gave the man a beaming smile that money cannot pay for. He experienced great laughters and happiness after realizing how special his money was, how special his food was when donated to the dog, elderly, and the young child. Always remember, happy memories are priceless. Something that money can't afford. That was a really cool video, Aidtya. Keep spreading positive vibes.

Yes… this video was the video that I saw and liked as I was searching for videos. I was actually going to use this video, but then I saw another video, and I really liked it, so I decided to choose that one.
Anyways, this video was absolutely awesome as it teaches a nice life lesson. The life lesson that I found in this video is that helping others is a good deed that brings you happiness. I really liked how the man gave the dog his one and only chicken thigh. If it was any of us and we were in that position, we would just maybe give the dog a little piece if we actually gave the dog anything at all. I know, it is embarrassing to admit.
Now, after all these things he had done, these are what he got in return the second time...
The dog came by him again to ask for food, and he had to share the little food he had. The woman who he helped push the cart up the other day, expected him to come, and had a scowl on her face that he was late. If someone had that attitude because we had helped them one time, would we be willing to help them again? No, I don’t think so. Then, the girl expected him to give her money and looked at him, so the man gave all of his pocket-money to the girl instead of saving it for himself for any emergency reason.
      The third time though…
The lady was smiling and laughing, and that filled his heart up, seeing someone happy. The dog seemed happy and full. Lastly, the girl got to go to school, and she looked really neat and happy, and looking at this, the man’s face was priceless. He was so happy to see that he had made a difference in a little girl’s life.
This is why I really believe in the saying, “Money doesn’t buy happiness.” As we can see, the man isn’t the richest man in the world, but he still helps people that have less than him so that they can be happy, so that he can be happy. He doesn’t get any money for doing those things, but he does get happiness, and that is worth much, much more.
I really liked this video, and the world can be a much happier and better world if we all did just one of those deeds, and help others who are in need.

      Excellent choice Aditya!
      The video touched my heart.
The video provided us with several different life lessons, the one that got to me the most is…. BE THE DIFFERENCE.
It gives me extreme happiness knowing that there are people in the world, who care about - the helpless, needy, homeless, and simply the plant that needs water. The video encourages us to think about the environment around us. We couldn’t care less about these very few things but once they are cured the world would be a better place. The video made me think, “Am I doing something for the world?” Simply, caring or thinking about these topics isn't enough - you have to do something. You cannot assume that someone will do it. Don’t forget, you are THE someone. Don’t wait for someone to do it - you do it. Be the difference. Make your existence useful. You won't get a prize in return, but you will get something even more precious - blessings!
Another life lesson that the video conveyed was that, “Money isn’t everything” or as Jahnavi said, “Money can’t buy happiness.”
He wasn’t rich, or wealthy but when he saw that the girl needed education without a doubt he gave all of his money away. That too, not once but daily - trying to help her. One day, he didn't see the girl there. The girl had finally received education, she was going to school! The man was on cloud nine, he was the reason the homeless child was going to school!
You can't buy that happiness. You earn that happiness!
This video was about a hero that helped everyone even though he wasn’t benefited of it. He wasn’t rich of money, he was rich of kindness. This video proved that helping isn't going to hurt you, it will only bring you the emotions that you will treasure for life. The hero is an inspiration.

    6. I found this video to be a great video showing how if a person gives a little kindness they will get something great in return. It won’t be money, or a reward, or any form of recognition. What they will get is kindness from the same person who gave it to them. In this video the man notices a water pipe leak, so he puts a plant there to put the leaking water to good use making the plant grow. Next, he helps an old woman who is running a food stand get her cart over some stairs. Then, he meets a hungry dog and he feeds it. As he heads home, he gives a lot of money to a little girl and her mother. Finally he visits an elderly home and gives some bananas. This is what he does daily. What does he get out of this? In the first situation he has contributed by helping the tree grow and gets the satisfaction of making the community look better. In the second situation the food stand lady becomes his friend and makes her happy because she has someone to help her. The dog never leaves his side and helps him out whenever it can. The little girl starts going to school because of all the money he gave her. The old woman has a “son” whom she can depend upon.

Outstanding choice Aditya! This video’s theme was overall beautiful, that man got something that money would never buy, emotions - he gets love, happiness, friendship, a deeper understanding of life and so much more! Sure he would never get on T.V., be extremely rich, or be famous - but he would be well liked and receive emotions. Everyday, the man would give up a little of his time and money to help out others, he would move a pot of dead flowers to a place where water was being leaked, he would help a food seller climb up a steep sidewalk, feed a dog, leave money for education for a poor girl, leave bananas for a random grandmother, and let a woman sit down on a bus seat rather than him. Everyday people would shake their heads at him, no - but when they finally realized what he was doing was good they were stunned. Suddenly, the man’s life is changed, the dog is his best friend, the poor girl can go to school, he receives love from so many different people, he made a dead plant blossom! That plant blossoming was like his life, beautiful, dazzaling, extraordinary - and he got to witness it. The life lesson of this video was: Go out of your way to help others, and you’ll be rewarded greatly.

    8. Just like you and everyone else that replied I think this was a VERY moving video. It was also very emotional seeing what kind of lives people are living. This man showed in the video is a very unique person. He helps anyone or anything in need from plants, to dogs, to the uneducated, to buisness owners. Even though this person gets nothing in return he does this everyday to make the people around him happy and give them hope. He doesn't have to know the person or be told to do it... he just does it. The world is better off with people like him, but slowly even him is making a small difference into a big one. As the video said, "He is not becoming richer" just giving some people in need a hand. Many lessons can be learned from this like a line that says"Life is a boomerang what you give you get something back". In this case he is getting happiness throughout his day. That is the way I thought about this beautiful video.

    9. This is a great video! This video shows that you can do something. The man in this video did not get recognized by people. He still helped the girl and his mom, the woman with her cart, gave food to the dog, gave bananas to an elder woman, and used the leaking water to help a plant. This gives him happiness. Helping the people and animal changed his life. This is a very motivational video!!

    10. Thanks for sharing this YouTube video with us, Aditya. It featured a really emotional plot, and expressed the point very clearly. At the beginning, a man was shown moving a dying plant towards a valuable source of water. Already, I am fascinated and willing to watch what happens next. After that, the video shows the type of life he leads; it is stated that he will never be on television, and has an almost impossible chance of ever becoming a wealthy person. Even with all he has, the kind man turns to others to try and help out. He even gives money to a poor girl to be able to go to school!
Several videos and books base their work on the central theme of “Being the change.” Even though it is used frequently through all forms of media, this one video caught my eye right away because I knew that happiness is best obtained from giving, not receiving. By generously giving all of the chicken thigh he had as food for the dog to eat, and delivering bananas to an old woman in need, viewers can obtain an understanding of how a society runs successfully with people like the helpful man. Many tragic events occur in the world, and misery is unfortunately inevitable for all humans, but by “Being the change,” everyone is treated to at least a little bit of benevolence in their everyday lives.

    12. This is a very inspirational video that teaches every single one of us to be caring to everyone in this world. Even though the man in the video didn't gain anything that he could physically use, he gained happiness, and love from helping the people, dog, and the plant. Also, even though the people that he helped had nothing to offer, he knew that they all cared about him and honored him for helping them. After sharing a lot with the people that didn't have anything, he was left with very little, but he had a lot of respect from those that he helped. He enjoyed seeing those happy, that didn't have anything. For example, he loved it when he saw that the little girl had just come back from school. And he enjoyed seeing the dog very happy that it got some food. He also saw that the person with the cart was so thankful because he had helped her get the cart up the curb.

I have seen that most of my fellow peers' videos are of real life situations and stories. Although these can be very inspiring, the realm of fantasy has no physical limits, allowing it to not only touch the mind, but also the heart and soul. This is a creatively made short film about the story of a creature and their race against time to make the only thing that ever will matter in their life. I found it while casually surfing the internet, and I can honestly say that this was a video that sends a deep message that very likely will follow me throughout the rest of my life. In order to obtain real happiness, you have to sacrifice something of equal value. However, just as you think you have found it, you yourself will be slipping away. I strongly feel that this is a video that you should watch. You'll be astounded by how impacting the message displayed can be.

  19. The article that I had chosen (above) was one that defined the true characteristics of bravery and heroism. Normally, many adults seem to underestimate certain teenagers of the way they all generally behave: as narrow-minded, ruthless child delinquents with nothing better to do than fool around all day. However, this interesting article proves this alleged “theory” as wrong.
In the story, a 5-year old girl named Jocelyn Rojas was kidnapped by a stranger. He lured the girl into his maroon-colored car by promising her a bucket of ice cream. Then, five minutes later, she had disappeared profoundly. The mother of the 5-year old instantly realized that she was missing. However, shortly after phoning 911 to call the cops, about one hundred neighbors in that town started searching every nook and cranny for Jocelyn. By the time two hours had passed, it was six o’clock, with the sun on the verge of setting into the night. It was around the time two ordinary teenagers named Temar Boggs and his friend Christopher Garcia were notified about the mystery by the cops. They were searching like everyone else, but the inspiring part of all of this was that they never did give up. Most of the nearby citizens ended up retreating to their houses by sundown, but these particular teenagers felt the urge to help.
About fifteen minutes later, Christopher and Temar both spectated something heart-stopping: an old car which was a light blue shade of maroon, was unusually speeding away with an easily recognizable face of a girl in the backseat. Almost as fast as electricity can zap trees with ease, both teens realized what this meant: it meant a long, frenzied chase to capture the kidnapper and the helpless victim.
Shortly after, however, they caught up with them, and then rescued Jocelyn. Boggs and Garcia became nationwide heroes, and this is particularly why I wanted to share this with everyone. Bravery is not based on looks or appearances; instead, it is based on what you think of doing in that kind of situation.

    1. Amazing choice, Sennet. I saw this article while surfing through the web, and although I did end up choosing something else, I still feel that this story should be shared and publicized more than it is. Not only does this article break the stereotype of teenagers being useless and living the lives of delinquents, it also shows how even people about our age can be heroes. While all these other, grown men and woman gave up early, Christopher and Temar decided to keep searching. There was no reason to do so; they had no connection to the kidnapped girl or her family whatsoever. They didn't even think they were heroes. They simply did it out of the goodness of their hearts. That, I think, is a meaningful message. It doesn't hurt to help, and to never give up.

I chose to share a video that describes what would happen if you fell into a black hole. The video lists five things that scientists believe would happen if you ever fell into a black hole. First of all, it explains that if you actually wanted to stay in it for a while, you would have to fall into a large one with a mass about a million times that of our sun. Because their mass isn't that many times greater than that of the sun, small black holes would crush you before you managed to go near the heart of the hole. The video also explains that if someone were to watch you at this point, they would basically see you slowly fade away until you disappeared from sight instead of seeing you actually enter it. Then, it describes "gravitational time dilation", which is when gravity is growing and bending the light that reaches your eyes. Time also passes very slowly now. Scientists think that if you looked backwards and forwards, you would be able to see everything that fell and everything that will fall inside. They also believe that at one point, it would be possible for you to see the back of your own head. Next, when you start getting closer to the event horizon. or the point of no return, you'll undergo a process called "spaghettification', which is when your entire body elongates. Finally, you would reach the event horizon. No one knows what happens when you reach this area. I decided to post about this video because I've always been fascinated by space, and I think that black holes are really interesting. This video also gave me a better understanding of what black holes are like and what might happen if somehow you fell into one. That's why I chose to share it, and I hope you liked the video.

The link I have posted above will lead you to a quote by a man named Tyler Joseph. You probably haven't heard of him by name, but he is the lead singer of the two-person band, Twenty One Pilots. The quote reads, "The beginning of purpose is found in creating something that only you understand." I chose this quote because I believe that it is something that we all need to think about. Don't you ever sit and wonder what your purpose in this life is? Why are you here? Why am I here? Why are any of us here? What am I here to do on this planet, in this time period, in this universe? What Tyler is saying in this quote is that if we want to find our purpose in life we have to create something using our own minds. Even if the thing we create only means something to us. You can write something and it might be worthless. Or you can paint something and it might be pointless. Eventually you'll see purpose start to surface from what you've created, and then that realization will hit you and you'll finally understand why you're here.

  24. I find the video and information on this page about Hololens interesting because you can see and learn how holograms can “transform your world”. Many people love Minecraft. Well, using the Hololens and playing Minecraft makes your world of Minecraft alive! You can see what you are doing, as shown in the video. A lot of people have Netflix. They can watch shows and movies on it. But, for Netflix you need a device like a TV. With Hololens you can have a holographic TV right in you house! You can move around and the Netflix comes with you. It is much easier that pausing what you are watching many times. In the beginning of the video it shows that someone is designing a motorcycle using holograms. So, with the Hololens you can see what you are working and doing right in front of you. That makes your work more simpler and enjoying. If you are an artist and love to draw, using Hololens can transform your picture into an image using hologram made blocks. In the video, you see a person that drew a rocket ship make the same picture using wooden blocks. These are all holograms. Your whole home can be turned into a smarthome! You can keep important lists pinned in certain parts of the house using holograms, you can see robots in front of you, and you can also see and play with hologram made dogs in front of you! Weather can be around you, maps can be around you, anything. This is the power of Hololens. Your whole house can have holograms everywhere! I think that this is a very interesting type of technology that people can use. After watching this video we will be shocked to know that the technology that we thought of all the time is now real!

I picked this video because obviously, it was funny, and also because I can relate to most parts of it. Not the ones about clothes and shoes, but most of them. I’m shorter than most of my friends, and sometimes I get the feeling that  I might not even grow! There are bright sides to being short! I feel like even though this video doesn’t give me hope that I would grow taller, it gives a bright (and funny) side on being short. Overtime, even I might get over the fact that I’m shorter than most of my friends and start to love that fact! (By the way, I’m not that short, and I do love the way I am). My friends get hit in the head by trees all the time when they are walking home from school and *I* can be the one who doesn’t get hit in the face, “bro, do you even limbo!” [ You would know what I am talking about if you watched the video ;)]

I may not know what it is like being short but this video was pretty funny! The way he talked, it felt as if he was actually having a conversation with me and I have to say that his doodling was not too shabby! Just saying, his sarcasm in the beginning just blew me away! It was hysterically amusing! Like no duh he's short, I'm pretty sure he knows that too! Now what he said later on, about the advantages of being short, I wish I had! Like usually, I have to be in the back for a group photo because of my height (not in the front where all the lucky, short people are) and in airplanes, I hate it when I barely have leg space and I can't move around! I just hate being cramped in one single place for the whole flight, not being able to get up and run around, do jumping jacks and just do something besides sitting, eating and watching movies! Then again, I can reach high places and can leap around really far to block a shot while being goalie in soccer. So, all in all, I guess being short has some pretty neat advantages, too!

    3. I feel like everyone could relate to this video even if they aren't. I get why people feel bad when they're short. Not even that, I know understand why people sometimes feel left out sometimes. Even though not every one is short, I think that the message you're trying to give is "Don't judge a book by it's cover." I know that sounds really cliche but it makes sense though. The point is that your physical features don't matter. It's your personality and who you are that counts. You could be the ugliest kid in your school but if you have an awesome personality and are an awesome guy, consider yourself as one of the coolest kids in school.
Also, to bring up another topic. Why can't kids just admire themselves. When I asked my friends how they'd describe themselves, some had a negative view. I mean why can't we think about positive things and throw our weaknesses aside. This relates to the video because the YouTuber also found himself short and felt bad about it, but today he's a successful YouTuber because he has a great personality. He doesn't care whether he's short, he cares about what type of person he is. And that's how everyone should be.

    4. LOL. That video was hilarious. I loved the way he described the pros of being short, and how being told all his life he was short was just another boring thing that life had given to him. Also, he was trying to make this really comedic which allowed the video to intriguing to me. Dom really got his point across this video, and it made so much sense in so many ways. As a tall person myself, I struggle to see the difficulties of being short, as well as the many advantages it hold within. After watching this video I realized that being short or tall is ok because you have advantages with wither. Being a short person may seem bad to the human eye at first, but if you really want to do something height does not play any effect. Dom has been bullied because of his height all of his life and this video sends the message across that it did not stop him from becoming the editor that he is today. The way he does draw my life throughout the entire video without getting too deep into the story actually develops his hate for shortness more. Actually let us talk about his animating. He is an exceptional editor who can animate anything that he wants with beauty. Though there aren't colors, I can tell that what he is doing takes a lot of effort. Comics actually looks much more professional than the other you tubers that make animations, and I do respect him for his astonishing ability. Overall I loved this video, and I will watch his others. Thank you for showing me this amazing piece of work.

At first, I thought that I would go to pick a funnier video that everyone would enjoy. But then, I realized that picking a motivational topic would be the better choice since it is the one that really gets its message across. This video is about many influential figures that you wouldn’t have thought got discouraged in their lives, but still pushed through. Motivation is the desire to achieve a Goal. Motivation with enthusiasm and energy really move us forward in life. Figures like Steve Jobs and Walt Disney were told that they were literally useless and couldn’t reach to the position they did. If either of them listened to that person, were would Disneyworld/Disneyland and the entire Apple industry have gone. I really think that people should always have the urge to push forward and survive through their tough times. Motivation comes in two ways, internal and external. You may be the person who always sets goals and achievements and tries relentlessly to fulfill them. You may also be the person who needs someone significant in your life, like a parent or teacher, who motivates you to keep trying at your best and to never give up. Whether it is a friend or guardian, there is one thing I can promise you. She/he is probably the person you trust the most. If there is one thing that is in every teacher’s “study environment,” it is to NEVER GIVE UP!

    1. Hey Reema! This video brought motivation to reality. In the world today, we all talk about Micheal Jordan's unbelievable talents, being one of the best NBA players in history. Everyone's continuesly on their phones, not fully understanding where it all came from; someone who failed in life, but was smart enough to realize giving up can't be the answer. I feel as kids today are afraid of getting embarrassed to shine up and try new interesting experiences. Instead, they dwell on the darker side, concerned about being labeled under a failure. I'll admit, it happens to everyone including me, but in the long run, it's something a regret doing. This video gives great examples of genius' we take for granted today, but would've never imagined going through such a rough childhood road. From just 2mins and 59sec video, I learned to never be afraid to try new things, you never know what can happen u til you reach beyond the limit. The most important thing in life is to ignore all the negativity the haters bring and continue to follow your heart that leads you to a successful future. This s video has broughten out that message better than any other words can put it. I'm glad you shared something that I personally enjoyed watching. It impacted my day and no doubt many others too. It reminds me to always keep pushing myself, never settling for good, but fight for the best. At the end of the day, always chase for your dreams.

    2. Reema, I think the video you picked was very inspirational. It shows that even those who were one of the best in their fields failed at what they were good at. You can’t be perfect in everything you do. Failure is very important. The mistakes you make teach you a better lesson than when you succeed. I think it’s great how they showed famous people that were so good in what they did, but failed at it before that, because it shows you can do whatever you want if you try. Dreaming is one thing, but taking action is being brave. If you keep going through all the failures you may have and keep going for your dreams, you will make it. You can’t think about what you couldn’t do. You must think about what you can do. Failure is one of the reasons to keep going. I think this video taught a very good lesson and it showed me that even when you fail, you can still succeed.

    3. Excellent one, Reema!
After watching this video, I realized that even the most amazing people have had something related to failure in there life! Like what the wise Morihei Ueshiba once said, “Failure is the key to success; each mistake teaches us something.” This pretty much drives the utter meaning of never giving up. No matter how many times you will fall or trip, you always want to get back up and prove the world that you can just do it! Sure, you’ll have difficulties here and there, but that is the challenge of succeeding! Look at all these people and what they’ve gone through! Thomas A. Edison’s teacher once called him “Too Stupid to Learn Anything” and Dr. Seuss, the man whose books are like the best small children’s literature books ever, was rejected by 27 publishers while creating his first book and even MJ who is a legend in basketball, locked himself in his room and cried after being cut from his high school b-ball team! Can you imagine how these guys must have felt!? What have they gone through to reach their destination now? They tried and tried and tried until they found their way to accomplish their goal! The question is, have you?

BTW Reema, this video was a great inspiration to all young souls including us and others too!

    4. Reema, I really liked your video you posted. To me it meant a lot that there can be people in the world that stand up each and every day to do there best and change the world. Everyone fails in life but that doesn't mean you are done. That means that you should keep going and not stop until you succeeded your goal. These people are very famous and people would not have known that they were rejected by 27 publishers(Dr.Suess) or if people did not publish there songs because of their sound(The Beatles). They have probably felt so bad like Eminem that attempted SIUCIDE but he kept on going to become a great musician. Not only him but all these people were able to accomplish their goal and change the world in the making. You can do anything, only if you put your heat to it and dont give up. These people in the video definatly show this quality becuase at the end of the day, they have changed our world. Thats why I believe that you chose a great and inspriational video. I am really happy that you could share this with us.

There is always something that someone can do better .with a life lesson. The life lesson I am showing you is in the form of the video and this response. The video I chose above talks about two paths and the right one to choose, the path of determination. This video really inspires me, the reason being that the video tells us to never give up. These words are very precious to me because when I was little, I was never the best at anything in school grade wise. I had intentions of being the best kid in the world but once my first marking period report card came out I did not have one class where I got a one hundred besides gym because gym was easy and fun. So I thought of giving up on my intentions and just focus on trying to pass the year so I can move on and not go behind. One specific day of the year which I can never forget changed everything, it was the day I went to my cousin’s house and saw his report card for the second marking period he had almost all 100s. I didn’t know how he did it so I asked him them he told me NGUUIO (never give up until it’s over). So I asked him what difference would that make then he showed me the first report card he did worse than me. Finally he got to the point and told me if you mess up then just try again. That is what I did. I observed what I was doing wrong and just kept doing it till I got it right. From that moment on I learned to never give up and when the going gets tough just drill through it. I still think to this day that if it was never for my cousin, I would have never made it into gnt enrichment and music plus honors math and language arts, I owe it all to him. At the end of the day what I am trying to tell you is that you should never ever give up no matter what.

What do you want to become? A doctor, no a lawyer, wait I think I want to be an astronaut. Those were the responses of other kids while mine has been the same since day one. All I want to become is a politician who serves the people, not rule over them. My dream of becoming a politician kept growing ever since I heard of a man name Imran Khan. Imran Khan is the chairman of Pakistani-Tehreeke-Insaf, a political party in Pakistan. His party works for basic rights around the world, but has started focusing more on Pakistan after the Prime Minister’s elections in 2013. The election were rigged and Imran Khan’s rival, Nawaz Sharif won. After appealing to high and supreme courts, Khan decided to get justice through the people. He started to hold rallys in different towns, and proposed the idea of “naya Pakistan”. Since of the country wants to get rid Nawaz also known as a corrupt, the people decided to support his idea of a better Pakistan, or the original Pakistan which never came to be. Recently, a wiki leaks called the Pananama Leaks have caused trouble all over the world. Similarly like other politicians around the world, Pakistan’s PM also has offshore companies, swiss banks, and property in Dubai and London which he never showed to the Supreme Court before. All Khan wanted was the answers to his 10 peoposed question about how Nawaz was able to send money out of the country, and why he hasn’t paid taxes for his property. But once a liar is always a liar. Nawaz pretended to have a heart surgery and then tours to escape from answering, but Khan had just enough and decided to take a major action. On November 2, there will be a movement across Pakistan by the name of Tahreeke-Ehtasaab. Its basically a rally from all over the country to the capital, Islamabad where the PM lives. There the people will protest and demend for their rights. However, Nawaz does not like this idea and tried to use Pakistan’s police and FC to house arrest all of PTI’s members, but the public fought back and freed them all. In between of this chaos, one 8 days old kid, and a soldier were also killed which is shameless for any nation. After these incidents, Khan became stronger than ever, and is ready to move for the better with his tigers.

Shia Labeouf is an American actor, performance artist, and director is is known by young audiences. He received a Young Artist Award nomination in 2001 and and won a Daytime Emmy award for his role and he was nominated for many other awards and won other ones. He worked in the film industry and made many appearances on television. He may not have cancer or anything that would make an audience have any amount of respect for him. In fact he hasn't done anything so special that would make him so memorable beside his performances and acting. Since 2014, he has done a variety of public performance art projects. Well what's so special about him? He posted the video above in August 2015. It's a short 1 minute motivational speech where Shia Labeouf is yelling "JUST DO IT!" Some viewers when they first watch it, might find it funny and entertaining. He created the video to motivate others. To achieve your dreams and let nothing stop you from making them come true. To be honest, I myself found it motivational. I mean all he wanted to do was give a message to the youth to achieve their dreams. In my opinion, he does get his word out.

    1. Well, umm after seeing this I think I have gone deaf. However, this speech was extremely inspiring to me and I bet to many others. The man in here tells you that no matter what you can always get back up when you fall down no matter what the cause. He says that you do not have to wait for someone else to be ready but you just have to do it. There is no such thing as yesterday being set for tomorrow, but yesterday being yesterday and today being today. You should not wait to accomplish your dreams but you should take them all in on one day, and try to accomplish as many as you can in that time span of that day. Shia is a great motivational speaker and I love all of his speeches especially this one due to the fact of how hard he really is trying to get the message across to the audience. Cudos to you Mr.Shiah. Cudos to you.

    Hi Aditya!

Oh my god! This video brought me to tears! My favorite part was when the man saw the little girl in her new school uniform and smiled. That's the thing about this video. When you do something nice for someone else, you shouldn't expect something back, because they already gave it to you...happiness. Throughout the entire video you can see the man smiling after every good deed he has done. From now on, I want everyone to think about this. The next time you do a good deed, don't ask them to pay you back, because they already gave to tons of joy, love, and happiness... and that's what matters.
